2. The Contract Phase Once you find your surrogate mother or intended parent(s), you're ready to begin negotiating the contract. The Medical Phase Medical and Psychological Testing is a very important part of the surrogacy process. It is very important to be sure that all parties understand the contemplated arrangement.
